Information we collect
We collect contact details, property address, booking details, service photos, billing identifiers, support messages, and product analytics.
How we use information
We use information to check service availability, schedule service, process payment, send notifications, improve operations, protect the platform, and support customers.
Payments
Card data is processed by Stripe. MowBro stores payment status, customer IDs, subscription IDs, invoices, and related billing metadata.
Photos and property data
Photos are used to evaluate property fit, document service completion, identify safety constraints, and support customer/admin workflows.
Retention and deletion
Customer records are retained as needed for service, legal, billing, and security purposes. Deletion requests can be sent to hello@mowbro.ai.
Security
Private keys are kept server-side. Customer dashboard data is scoped to the authenticated customer, and admin access is role-limited.
