Service scope
MowBro provides autonomous lawn mowing with human-supervised setup, finishing, proof, and support for eligible properties.
Eligibility
Service depends on address coverage, property access, lawn conditions, weather, route density, and safety review.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate address details, access instructions, obstacle notes, pets/gate information, payment authorization, and safe property access.
Billing
Subscriptions, one-time fees, add-ons, and assessment charges are processed through Stripe. Failed payments may pause service.
Scheduling
Weather, unsafe ground conditions, blocked access, robot maintenance, and route constraints may require schedule changes.
Limitations
These terms are a launch draft and should be reviewed with legal counsel before accepting live customers.
